What is Pranic healing?
Pranic healing and Breathing sessions
I am a Pranic healer since 2018 and in combination with Yin yoga, Mediation and Breathing techniques, it is a very effective way of healing and balancing out the physical body, the emotional body, the mental and energy body.
Wounds from the past can be carried into your deepest tissue of your body.
By stretching the fascia we stimulate the tissue and the energy body (meridians) which run through the fascia. These meridians are connected with the organs. By holding poses we balance out this subtle energy system, stimulate the function of our organs and energy body.
Pranic healing can help to find the blockages and eliminate them so the energy can flow free through this system and a physical body can be healed. Pranic healing can also be a great support by a healing proces, for example chemotherapy, after an injury, or emotional or a traumatic experience.
Since 2002 I have studied the ancient techniques of breathing (Pranayama). I combine these breathing techniques in my life coach sessions and Yoga classes.
A session takes up from 30 minutes to 1 hour, book a session or get more information under contact
Prana is a Sanskrit word that means life-force. This invisible vital energy keeps the body alive and maintains a state of good health. In acupuncture, the Chinese refer to this subtle energy as Chi.
Pranic Healing is a simple yet powerful and effective system of non touch energy healing. It is based on the fundamental principles that the body is a self-repairing living entity that possesses the ability to heal itself. Experiments show that the healing process is accelerated by increasing the amount of life-force in the system that is readily available from the sun, air and ground to address physical and emotional imbalances. A Pranic healing session starts with checking the energy balance of energy field surrounded, the chakra's and the organs. If imbalances are found the Pranic healer will either clean the energy and regenerate new energy.
