Information: Healing Mountain, organizes a week-long retreat that focuses on Transformational Breathing, Yoga and Meditation. With an inspiring program of daily sessions and with a team of professionals, we take you on a journey to your inner self. Together with you we try to remove blockages to improve your Praña (life force) so that you return with renewed energy and relaxed body and mind. We give you practical exercises which you can bring home to improve a healthy lifestyle to transform old habits; Physically, mentally and emotionally. The retreat takes place on the beautiful Greek island of Samothraki in the rugged nature there is enough space for hikes or places to draw yourself back. We provide a full program of yoga, meditation, Transformational Breathing sessions as well as small hikes in the surrounding and 3 meals a day of delicious vegetarian food. The accommodation has private rooms and shared rooms with private bathrooms, a swimming pool and is located near the sea. The mountain range Saos lends itself well to beautiful walks to the waterfalls of Vathres and Kremasta Nera.
